THINGS YOU’LL NEED:
1/2 cup chili-garlic sauce
2 tablespoons spicy chili oil
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon cayenne use paprika for milder, or ghost pepper flakes for hotter!
1 teaspoon lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
FOR GARNISH: Fresh chopped parsley spicy chili flakes, sliced hot peppers

Great looking recipe. I imagine it could be expanded with extras by bbq grilling (British dialect) the veggie extras on metal skewers whilst having some pre steamed rice.

DAMN, Mike. Your recipe for Firecracker Shrimp is so good, I almost had an "O" at the dinner table. I added just a little bit of heat and it was a definite hit tonight. I will definitely make this more often. I have tried several recipes for Firecracker Shrimp and have only found two that were outstanding and your recipe was one of them.

Awesome recipe, Mike! And so quick!! Someone gave us a two pound bag of tiny little shrimp so I marinated them in this yummy sauce and fried them up in my wok. We were out of sambal, though, so I used some hot salsa that was just hanging out in the fridge as the base. So much flexibility here!

Perfect for summer. If I wanted to make into pasta, how much pasta should I prepare to go along with the sauce?
Thanks! I would prepare enough for 2 large servings with 1/2 pound shrimp each, though you could do 4 servings of pasta with less shrimp. Enjoy!
I can’t find the garlic chili sauce because of a drought in Mexico 🇲🇽 so what can I use in place of it?
You can use some chopped garlic or even garlic powder, plus hot sauce. Let me know how that goes.
