Congratulations buddy. I have this lock. I have found that my lock binds in a unusual way. Pull on the shackle as if your life depends on it. Then find the stiffest wheel. Turn until it's loose or you feel the shackle click. Release the tension. Reapply the tension, look for the next binding wheel. Same process. Repeat until you have 3 wheels sort of right. The last wheel same process but the false gates will proper bite. Luckily the gates, are every other number. So if you bit on an even, then every even on that wheel is a gate. Just cycle through until the lock opens. I am trying to find a quicker way, but at the minute it's only the feel approach I can decode this lock with. Potti has a lot of tutorials on combination locks, and Jack Fox has just uploaded a unique way to beat masterlock combination with a paperclip, exploiting the gap for the code change ( this lock has that attack shielded)
Hey, just want to thank you for the video. It help me a lot. Have the same lock and messed while setting the key... not sure what happened but anyway I was pretty certain about the first two numbers so it made things easier to decode the other two.
