Some of those interviews are available to listen to at the Library of Congress, and I encourage every NBA fan to listen to at least 1 from his first HC+Player season Mr.Russell was coaching an old and gutted team, expected to be the bottom playoff seed; never mind making successful title runs in both coaching seasons.
Cassell has been an assistant coach in the league for 15 years. I wonder why he hasn't had a HC job yet. Mostly what I hear is he has a great basketball mind and very respected for his knowledge of the game.
