I have never heard of letting grilled tuna steaks rest, you pretty much want to go from grill to plate as fast as possible. I always cook tuna last if I'm cooking different meats just for this reason, it cooks while the other steaks are resting.
There are a number of lunatic vegetarians who think meat ends at the sea, and fish aren’t meat. I don’t understand it for obvious reasons. After all, fish is meat.
