Cheesecake Factory Ranch Dressing Copycat:
1 cup mayonnaise (Best Foods)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup skim milk
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Spicy Chipotle Chicken:
4-5 chicken thighs (with skin and bone)
salt (roughly1 Tbsp)
pepper
onion powder
smoked paprika
chili powder
cayenne pepper
dried oregano
1 onion, chopped
2-3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce + 2 Tbsp sauce (freeze leftovers)
2-3 bay leaves
14.5 oz diced tomatoes with juice
2 cups chicken stock
1-2 tsp sugar
Taste for salt
