Hockey players are comfortable using sticks and all so they get used and learn it fast
Same bro, I play hockey too and I've been looking into Lacrosse, and I can say that when trying out a lacrosse stick it felt natural and I was able to easily get the basics down and even some cool tricks

Lacross looks really really hard to play. Like dang. You have to seriously be aware of everything around you so well to keep track of the ball. Let alone actually controlling it.
At first Ira hard but when you have been playing for 4 years it's easier, my coach says for team Canada,Denver outlaws, and Colorado mammoths. He's also a professional lacrosse player
Lacrosse by far (in my opinion) has the steepest learning curve compared to most sports mainly due to the combination of the fast pace and ball/stick handling.
Yeah it is bruh it takes a lot of hard work to learn, but its fun as shit wether your starting out or a pro
