- So early ride today sorry about yesterday had to head into town by the time I got back home I just wanted to exercise and be done. I wanted to talk today about mental health stuff, basically sociopath vs psychopath. The back and forth back biting in Gorlworld and the way I intend to navigate all of this. My words may irk some of you who feel targeted oh well, its tiring to see grown folks go low because they think they deserve more without putting in the effort. Either way 20 minute of my big behind working out. Hope ya enjoy it.

I know I'm just a stranger on the internet, but I really am proud of you. Not only for your resolve to physically fix what you have admittedly "messed up" (for lack of a better term) but for also realistically understanding your mental illness. Don't let chantals behavior gaslight you into thinking you could be like her. It's clear you realize you have a mental illness and have taken it upon yourself to understand what you have, how to control it when you can, and to actually seek help and treatment to help you with that process. You're not perfect, none of us are, but you strive every day to be better, which makes you a FAR better person than Chantal could ever dream to be. For what it's worth, and from what I know about you as a "stranger" I think you're a very smart woman with a strong resolve to be better, who is very kind to the people that deserve and earn that from you 💜 also, I have RBF too... we should start a club 😑😆😆😆

Well damn, now I have a name for what I had in my early 20’s……RBF! After my teeth were capped co workers who thought I was sad and unhappy all the time asked me what had changed all of a sudden. No one had noticed that my teeth were different. Just that there was a smile all the time now. But depression and anxiety got a really tight grip years later. I always hid it from everyone. I was lucky enough to be in a study and was then followed by a Dr based in Canada and consulting in Washington state. Every time I went off meds, it was a creeping feeling grabbing me. 2 months ago, I finally got help again after 2yrs of hopelessness. Thank you for sharing in the strength it took me to get help. You are a glowing example of what I can attain. Now if only I could have your gorgeous skin as well. Sending love to you 😘♥️♥️♥️
Thank you for sharing your story to Leona, I think its important for people to understand that we all navigate life in different ways but if you choose happiness you may not always show it on your face by smiling but folks can feel it from you. *Big hugs*
I am always struck by your sharing that you have antisocial personality disorder. No matter how hard I look…I just don’t see it! I can’t help but wonder if you were misdiagnosed, OR more likely (because what would an internet stranger know compared to you and your doctors) you’ve clearly worked VERY hard to manage your condition and become an excellent human being, and it SHOWS. Bravo my friend. You’re an inspiration. ☺️
I had therapist and psychiatrists diagnosis this and had even when I was younger guidance counselors warn about it. I used to deny it to, but with help I can come across as okay. I think a lot of people see such things as a set instead of a spectrum. I have learned that I do display various traits and I only show about 20 percent of myself online. That is why I am comfortable being open with my diagnosis. Cause what you all see is a small glimpse and Id never put all my mental stuff online for display.
And thank you *Big hugs* I try I never act like I am perfect but I want to combat some of the stigmas for mental health and social disorders.

There is a non binary person on YT who is Dx NPD and BPD (ots in remission after therapy) YEARS ! The partner is Dx ASPD (also in therapy) ANYONE, even a cluster B can get better if they put in the work! YOU have put in the work! She coulddnt be you on her best day or your worst!
Exactly and I want to show people that mental health isnt always melt downs and antics. I want to combat the stigmas.

Sweet Kalari, you are beautiful. I am very insecure about myself. I was bullied a lot when I was young and now I think very poorly of myself. And it is also part of me. I'm an introvert. And I am who I am. I also have diagnoses myself. That doesn't necessarily make you bad! Or that you are not allowed to be there. I'm trying to accept myself more, it's still difficult. I sometimes think that I am like Chantal. In terms of weight and character. So I understand. But you are very sweet Kalari. I like you. You are not Chantal

It's hard I have to make myself laugh to get a smile at times.
Ive always been more savory also, and I LOVED produce even as a small child. Still do. I get A LOT of my protein from dairy. BUT I have normal labs, a cardiac plaque score of ZERO (I'm almost 48) this is the statin age. Still have uterus, gall bladder, even my TONSILS! (which may be the OSA cause) She could she had better healthcare options and coverage than people in the US and instead, in her own words 'Oink Oink'
