The standard of driving would cause road rage today.
In 1986, road rage was something that we only read about in the US.
Unfortunately, since 1986, we have imported more than just Kiwi Fruits into Ireland and are now just as crass and stupid as everywhere else.

Is there any chance you still have the original tapes, would be nice to see them converted to a digital file instead of just recorded from a screen would improve the quality no end

I've had numerous requests for this. I misplaced the tape in a move a couple of years ago. It is likely in my storage somewhere but it's a bit like looking for a needle in a haystack, so far I haven't located it but I'm sure it will show up eventually

so sad that this irish history , life , way of life , is going so fast because of the 100.000's of so called asylum seekers aloud in by the irish government . hard to understand how a country's government is letting this happen .

@@aislouise and so you don't know about the thousands of young unvetted economic migrant men claiming to be asylum seekers being placed everywhere allover ireland in huge numbers all males? Young men who worked out how losing their identity papers means they can claim asylum under false pretences and anonymously? Including 100 of them right now all young and all male waiting in Eblana ave to be free housed in the Dunlaoghaire area ahead of the Irish locals, some who are waiting up to 15 years for a home?. Why do they have the Eblana ave supposed 'refugee' windows blacked out? Why are all the young men in there all staying indoors waiting to be housed and not around the place greeting locals acting grateful and friendly for us saving them from war etc? Like normal asylum seekers would be doing after arriving in a country that is saving their lives. Besides them literally only coming out just now and again on the steps of the building to get drugs off the locals? If you actually watched the building you'd see thats all they're doing right now. You seriously think all of that is normal safe for us as locals and above board? Its the woke idiots like you who will help destroy Ireland. Because you haven't a clue about whats really going on. Great report your pathetic hate speech report. Just because someone is being honest and is awake to whats really going on. It clearly hasn't worked as yet, as our free speech is still up here and able to be read.

@ryan8115 I've travelled and lived abroad many times. I never once threw my passport away to claim asylum and get free housing welfare etc in another country. So the Irish emigrating to work abroad is no comparison to whats happening with the young male 'asylum seekers' all pouring in here. I was speaking to a few of the all young males in the Eblana ave asylum seeker hold all waiting there to be housed last week. Two were morrocan told me they had lived in Germany for years and one in Paris. All came here hearing how if you throw away your ID you can get welfare and housing. I asked one how he thought he had a right to lie to get housed here? He said so what I need a house. Ignorant people like you make me sick. Making ridculous nonsensical comparisons about the irish emigrating and to us getting fleeced.
