DONT FLY USING KENYAN AIRLINE. As a kenyan myself, I can say the staff were RUDE. We had complications with our flight and they wouldn’t even look at us, they kept repeating themselves and asked us to leave the line, in which we stayed in for 1 hour (no joke) before the rude encounter. 2) the don’t have costumer service, like no joke, try calling kenyan airlines and they would not pick up. It would ring and hangup. DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE.
I just called about a scheduling question. The lady was very short and sounded very tired. It's obvious she didn't want to be there. But I live in NYC and this is the only airline that operates direct services between JFK and Nairobi.
