Take the Phnholun Seeker 24 on some major hills and trails today, 28 miles, using front hum a lot on tons of big hills! Amazing where I actually made it with the steep hills, I am shocked by the battery life and power to pull very steep hills on the New Milford River trail and steep dirt and paved roads
description: Today, we're putting the PHNHOLUN Seeker 24 3000W peak dual hub drive 52v 25ah hydraulic brakes 24 inch Fat-Tire ebike to the test!
Found a new trail and it was ROUGH, the bike did great! I was amazed by the battery life considering I did a lot of offroading and was in dual drive mode a lit.

Dude
Love your vids.. You are fearless in the the woods..
So after watching your vid where you went back on that deer trail.. Thru mud and swampy looking water..
Because of you.. I ordered my first ebike at 76 years old..
24 Seeker 3000w. Green. .it arrived this morning and is sitting on porch.. Ready to assembly tonight when it cools off here in Central Florida
Thanks Man
Thank you, that's awesome. I'm almost 60 and ebikes are awesome. I have a place in Crystal River too, maybe we'll meet up sometime when I'm down.
Let me know how you like that bike!
Nice video and beautiful place! I have owned my Phnholun Seeker 24 for about a week now and I must say I am impressed with the speed and power as well. I have went up and down some really steep hills and it handled them great. Hate those gravels though, lol. They will give you a beating, ha ha. I would love to find a front rack sort of like the back one. I have searched everywhere and haven't found one that will mount on this bike. If you happen to run across one that will work shoot me a comment. Keep up the good work!
Amazing the hills I made eit up and battery life after all that.
I know they make racks that attach to handlebars, jeffros sister had one on her bike when we did dutchess rail trail. It was for her dog
I crossed a 3 foot deep river on my E bike.. well, the e bike was 4 feet out of the water when I crossed.🤣 me and a buddy ..saved 6 Miles crossing water rather than going around.. we both carried the bikes through. Fun stuff..
😅
I just bought 2 on Amazon Prime Day, $1184, they're on a fed x truck right now, I wanted either a wired freedom or the ecell 5 star but hard to beat the price, I got 2, one for me and my wife for the price of a wired or 5 star !!
Awesome!
Wow I have an Ecells 5 star that's a pretty good deal you have to post a review.😀
@UncleJam5624 looks like a decent bike, I went to their website to try to contact them and there is no contact information which is kind of crazy. If you have some sort of contact tell them to get a hold of me
@UncleJam5624 I found contact info
@@UncleJam5624 I also own an Ecells Five Star, how do you like yours? Do you have the motor temp turned on, on the display? Turn C8 to 1 to turn temp gauge on.
I just had a leak in my e bike tire.. I didn't really want to take the rear off and put a patch on or new tube. I added 8 ounces of that Slime in my tube. Fixed the leak. No problems. No loss of air in 4 days. Good stuff. I put the rest in the other tire.
Wow that's good to know. I got a flat in Florida You don't really need to take the tire off and it's very easy to pull tube out with these style tires, I just patched it pushed the two back in and pumped it up
Flatout also works really well for preventing flats.
Main account was deleted by Facebook?!?! Curious on that story!
I didn't see the sale prime price, but even still 1400$ for this bike is awesome! 3000w, jeez
MotoCheez was under my personal FB account. I did get hacked a few times where I had to reset password in the past and odd photos I NEVER posted ended up making 10 day bans in past, this time they didn't give any reason other than "something you posted went against community standards" I also had to reset password that time and saw that. Someone screwing w me I think...
That was a good trip moto.. you can truly get your exercise in peddle assist.. i usually get my exercise walking 18 holes of golf pushing my golf cart 3 days straight.. average about 12000 steps each day
That's definitely good exercise to walk 18 holes!
@@MotoCheez it usually takes me anywhere from 2 and a half to 3 hours to walk the course, while playing golf these days
@vharrald At least you're out in the fresh air! I feel so much better when I get outside in the fresh air
@@MotoCheez amen to that brother
I own the Ecells Five Star, its a great bike but I can only get it up to 32mph on flats and I burn through the battery in about 20-25 miles. The other issue is it runs hot being a 60v system. The motor manufacturer "Hentach" says not to exceed 230°F, but using throttle I can get to that temp fairly quickly. I guess these are trade offs for having a bike that accelerates very quickly.
I thought those bikes did like 45mph. I can see heat being an issue
@@MotoCheez I thought they would do over 40mph as well. I do weigh about 265lbs. I'm sure that doesn't help with top speed. I did hit 36mph once going downhill.
@@heavyhitter8972you can add some atf fluid inside the hub motors.. the splashing oil lubes gears and bearings (and runs cooler).. and also heat from motor is transported to the outer case that way...
@dg9bfc That's good to know!
Wow that was one heck of a ride.
Love those river trails.
I'm definitely impressed with that bike wow
Thanks, yes I was super impressed especially with that steep hill and the battery life by the time I got home.
Nice bike cheezy! I just got into the ebike world and bought an Ecells 5 star 1500w Hentach rear hub, 60v 20ah battery. It's a great bike similar to yours with complete suspension front and rear. Definitely a lot of fun and relaxation just cruising around the countryside.
Awesome!
I also own an Ecells Five Star. I love it but the motor heats up quickly. How does yours do heat wise? The manufacturer says not to exceed 230°F. To turn on motor temp gauge set C8 to 1.
Agreed on the mailbox.nice fishing spot.
i love my (barely modded) seeker26 ❤ its a beast that runs 38 miles an hour... and with a second pack in parallel has 50Ah
BEAST of a horn as well 8:48 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
😅😆👍👍
First class review of course. I'm glad you can put it into single motor if you choose. Yes you say go only 30mph for example but you're only using half the power. I don't think if I bought a dual motor bike I would buy it if I didn't have that option. Cheers Cheez. And it's not a "cheap" wrench it's a Cheezy wrench. 🙂 Keep that rubber side down brother.
😅👍👍🧀
definatly subbing love your vids
Thanks!
Another great ride along
Let’s Go 😊
Hello, my name is Noah and I just wanted to spread the word to you by saying Jesus and God love you very much it says in Revelation 21:3 “Look! God's dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them.” God is there for you and he sent his one and only son to die on the cross for everyone. If you choose not to believe thats on you. I hope you soak this in. God bless.
That pond looks a good fishing spot and that cook out spot is good to bring some hotdogs and cook some dogs on ebikes
Good idea
@@MotoCheez yesss
Definitely looks like a good ride too
Great ride! you gotta fish that pond!
Definitely will be
You bet.. Putting him together now
Be Well
lets see the DRZ out for a ride , we got to ride the trail across Florida to east cost from the gulf coast
That would be fun!
Hi Cheez!
1st!
Free keytag is yours if you'd like it
I need a lower seat height ride like that !!
24-in bikes are great for a lower seat height for sure
Im hoping for a long term review of this bike
A friend of mine has it now, I'll have some more videos and updates on it
Hi motochesse. Long time viewer first time commenter. I gotta Surron Ultra Bee that I want you to review if that’s something wanna do.
Hi! I'd love to, are you close by?
Do the k800
Is that 1500w per hub?
Yes. 1500w peak per hub
Can I get one to the UK
I can’t even find our region on their website
Need help please 🙏
How does it do in loose sand? I live in Arizona and have to deal with a lot of dry washes full of moondust
The fat tires work great in sand. I do bike reviews at my Florida, they have sugar sand I assume is similar.
@@MotoCheez very similar. Thanks for the info! Super fun video to watch, too
The reason why the power bar fluctuates is a thing called voltage sag.
Yes!
@@MotoCheezand I added a second pack on top frame tube and run both in parallel.. lower voltage sag and so higher topspeed... GPS proven 38.58 miles or 62,1 km per hour
@dg9bfc nice! I didn't know you can run them in parallel it out an electronic battery device
@@MotoCheez it must be identical packs.. charged and discharged in parallel... the genuine pack has an inline diode in charge port.. the added pack had not (so unequal voltages).. after adding a diode also in the add on pack both are equal in voltage and I can use them in parallel... if one has a tiny big higher voltage the current comes from the higher jack.. so they both discharge the same (and both are 25 Ah and 52v).. what you never should do is connect a full and an empty pack direct in parallel
@dg9bfc ah, identical packs makes sense
Hey I just installed those mirrors on my e-bike they were like $18 for the pair on Amazon.
Very good quality mirrors, right?
@@MotoCheez They feel like good quality, nice weight to them, I fell off my bike and broke my last set of mirrors, good thing I was traveling slow on a dirt road.
@UncleJam5624 Yeah that sucks, that's why I leave the brackets and connections a little overhand tight so they will fold out of the way just like on a motorcycle I do the same thing for clutch levers and mirrors
@MotoCheez did you say the mirrors came with your seeker24 purchase? Or were they an add on accessory with an additional expense? And where are you at? I want to come ride there! One last question, do you have your wheel size set to 22? It seems like some bikes are coming set to 24 and others set to 22.
@randallhack4477 when I got mine it said mirrors were included in the ad. I am in Central West Connecticut
is there a weight rating on these style bikes. im a big boy, so just asking.
This bikes load rating is 330lbs
@@MotoCheez ok awesome. thanks Cheezy!
Very impressed with that bike! 🤔
@tallboy2234 for the price it is very impressive!
@@MotoCheezand rear shock us made for 300+ pound driver with an elephant in his backpack... 1200 is a way to stiff shock
No double take mirrors? Oh my..😂
I don't get it
@@MotoCheez The Brand of mirrors that people buy fir adventure bikes and dual sport bikes.. Double Take. A high end mirror brand. Sorry. Lol
Sort of like buying Bark Busters to replace the cheap plastic hand guards that come on some off road motorcycles. Very sturdy and reliable.
I work at Amazon.. 😢 lots of overtime this week
I bet!
I'm not first but my comment is number 35 yeah buddy
Battery has sagging issues
Yes, typical on all batteries
How do you reset trip@@MotoCheez
@jasonkrantz8946 I put in the LCD section of the video I forget the p number but you go to that number after you get into the settings and hold the I button if I recall
selling to the whole world except the uk who invented electric motors.
Maybe because of the ebike rules there?
@@MotoCheezwe have also "rules" in Germany but I could buy that seeker26 without problems ,(and I love it)... rules are there to be broken hi hi
@dg9bfc hell yeah. It's there for the idiot people that will hurt somebody I'm sure, as long as you are respectful when other people around you'll never hear a thing about it
@@MotoCheez and the seeker 26 runs 62 kmh unrestricted 😂
