Sadhguru i don't know too much about this universe but I understood and knew some of the universe laws by the experience I have got in my journey of life... I don't really know that are you a good person or bad but your words are logically true when I think about that I'm not saying that you are some sort of God or anything Im just saying that your thinkings and your words helps me a lot while I understanding the universe and what a human capable off..... Dear Mr.Sadhguru how does one stay present when going through past life regressions and living in the future? Om Namah Shivaya 🙏🏽💐
I am unsure where to go for this advice but I am fairly new to meditation, I have only done it a handful of times but I have generally always approached it with the idea of allowing my mind to think and feel what ever it wishes without any judgement or control, these last two times I meditated my mind became very bright and what I could only describe as calming, I felt so connected to this area in my mind that I lost all feeling or placement in reality I am not sure how to describe this, but after leaving this mindset it felt as if a large amount of darkness invaded the brightness and as I was coming back into reality my eyes although closed felt as if a huge amount of weight was forcing them closed even more, it was odd and confusing and I am unsure why it happened or what this mindset I came into was, the meditation only lasted maybe 30 minutes but it was a very interesting experience.
You should do Inner Engineering program. That's the real meditation you are looking for :)
Doing meditation experiments of your own, without guidence, can be harmful, so it's always best to rely on someone like Sadhguru.

God.
The mind is a product of the brain, a biological reader of holograms, whose images have shapes and pigments that can be literally seen within.
It is comparable to the "software", with all its files (memories, notions, etc...).
The body is comparable to the "hardware".
The spirit (the same that runs, mates or flies during dreams) is comparable to the "user".
A Human Being is far more complex than these stupid analogies.
So, kind of like Sadhguru says, "I am not the body, I am not the mind. You are not the body you are not the mind."
If you sit down at a desk and begin to use a computer, are you the hardware? No. Are you the software? No. Are you the user? The one using the hardware and software to transverse, converse, learn, experience, and grow? Yes!
Thank you for this analogy. For many people, it is hard to stop identifying with their physical body. But I have found that there are many more, who understand they are not truly their physical body, that it is simply their vehicle, their instrument, their temple for this one particular human experience. However, for these people, it is often seemingly impossible for them to stop identifying with their thoughts and their mind. Because they have so long believed that their mind (not necessarily their brain) IS their consciousness, and so their consciousness must be the eternal part of their being. So, to them, their thoughts become representations of their eternal, infinite spiritual being, instead, of manifestations of their temporary, finite human being.
I find this very useful to help those people differentiate their thoughts from their intuition and their mind from their soul/spirit, and even their consciousness from the collective. Thank you ❤️🔥 🙏 Namaste.
