YAY! Love this bag, it is a gorgeous classic! I, too, have been debating getting a jumbo for quite a while. I have a healthy Chanel collection of an even dozen, but they are all medium or smaller bags. No large capacity Chanel’s in my collection, so I keep leaning toward the jumbo. My bff has several, but I have to say they seem a little heavy. But you are right, the intended use of the bag isn’t meant for a long day of carrying it, so I am probably over-thinking the weight issue. The other issue is scale; you seem to be about my size or smaller, yet this bag doesn’t look out of scale on you. I think the fact that it is a light bag makes it less overwhelming on a smaller frame.

Thanks! I’ll be sure to film a thorough review video once I’ve had a chance to use her a lot! If you want a larger bag that is lighter weight I’d recommend checking out the reissue in the 226 size. It holds pretty much everything I need and is much lighter!
