I noticed some reviewers of this lens have different results when it comes to corner sharpness especially at 10mm F2.8. Some say its sharp at the corners wide open, and others say it isnt. Reviews have been inconsistent and was really hoping this lens to be sharp wide open at 10mm as its ciritcal for me. Thank you for this review. This really helps me on my decision.
Thanks for the comment! I was a bit surprised as I have also seen some reviewers saying it is sharp at F2.8 at the corners before testing it for myself. It can be due to field curveture, or just sample variation but I rented mine from Lensrentals and they generally test the lenses first to make sure it is a good copy. It may also be my testing method, or sometimes the early reviewers are always too hyped about a new lens, who knows :)

In my eyes the best choice for APS-C. It has it all, the small size, the low weight, the outstanding quality, the fast aperture and a really utlra wide zoom range. ItÂŽs the right additon to my Sigma 18-50 2.8. Unfortunately are the costs a bit on the higer side.
