4:20 You have a Lenovo laptop... 6:00 ...but don't use Lenovo vantage for battery features. Wow. Two things 1. The charge indicator is big and nice and colour coded. 2. Battery conservation mode is brilliant for those who have older laptops with degraded batteries who keep it plugged in all the time as you preserve the battery and still get full plugged-in performance. (It stops charging after 55-60% and uses the AC adapter as the power source). Even Asus laptops have a similar feature.
Well, zoom escaper is good and all but have y'all tried OBS virtual camera for online classes/exams. A video loop as a webcam input. (I merge a webcam recording and the reverse of it to get a perfect non-breaking loop so it doesn't look fake and choppy)
DNS is not VPN... A VPN lets you change your location to a particular country while encrypting your IP address but a DNS lets you ping a domain using which you access the internet unencrypted... So basically it is advisable to use a public domain like Google's rather than your ISPs (Internet Service Provider) domain to access websites blocked by the government or ISP... But a VPN creates a virtual address for you in a different location and you access internet through that IP address and that's the major difference b/w them... Anyway, if you don't want to get caught in the technicalities of DNS jumper and just wanna unblock all websites and surf the net with no restrictions just download the Cloudflare WARP DNS software, its one-click on your system tray and it connects to 1.1.1.1 DNS for private browsing...
btw just a bonus tip, you can set reminders (and other things) from within google chrome by just tapping the mic icon and they will be set on your phone
At 3:48, in windows start menu we have to configure it such a way that it searches files in the C drive(or any other drives). Windows hasn't enabled that feature by default.
Just use superdisplay to duplicate functionality of either duplicate/extend your screen as if you have external monitor connected. And yes of course you can use touch on your phone to control the PC. 😏 I use it on my android tablet and even s-pen works. Windows doesn't know the difference between this and a touch screen monitor. For example if you tap on a typing field using s-pen it automatically opens handwring tool of windows, if you use finger it automatically opens on-screen keyboard on PC. 😁
I not able to personalize the assistant. to add a reminder it says "Sure. To help you create reminders, I need your permission to allow personal results on this device. You can change this in Assistant settings." how can i do that? there is no mention of it in the settings. ??
Also add Alexa to your list, we can now control smart devices (like lights, smart cameras etc.) directly from PC. Before Alexa, there was no way to watch mi camera footage on PC without using an emulator.

Uninstall the app. Change power options to "Balanced". Restart.
