It's called down home gut singing, straight from the stomach with the true anoiting. A gift from God from birth. Very few people have what LeAndrea Johnson have in singing. It only comes from a life of turmoil when you're sick of the hurt and turmoil of what you've been through in life and want to make sure someone is hearing you. As well as God. It actually touches someone going through something and they don't know what to do. I've been there so I know about it. I've touched people who wanted to commit suicide after they heard me sing a certain song they came to me and told me their story and decided not to kill themselves. This has happened three times in my singing. It was God's message to them through me. And this is LeAndrea Johnson's ministry to others as well as herself.

I had to come back after listening to your comments- which I agree with. Especially the point of singers doing it for a check. Sad but a lot of singers do just that or the song really doesn't make since but it sounds good. Yolanda Adams early music days was like this singer- she could Minister in song etc..
