That 1870’s homestead is in southeast MI and they grow their own sweet potatoes so they may be a good resource for growing them.
On the mushrooms, I read a tip from another person who said to rinse the mushrooms well before using. They have found some sand or something gritty in them. I haven't tried mine yet but do still look forward to it.

Some of the larger dehydrated mushrooms were very tough or woody. I ended up putting them in the blender to make the pieces smaller and they have worked well that way .

Good haul. I would be planting the high tunnel with the sweet potatoes. However, I also know of folks in Ohio that grow them without a high tunnel - they grow the vardaman and covington varieties. Don't now how different the climates are but latitudinally you are close so would think it should work. might be food for thought. Good video!

Wait. You found the organic mangos at your Costco?! I'm about an hour and a half from you in Wisconsin and our Costco has been out for months! They've actually been out all over the US. There are even redit threads with ppl complaining and asking when they'll be back lol. I checked my Costco again a couple weeks ago and they had a different brand with added sugar and they weren't organic.😫

Please ask Julieanne to do a video on seed oils and what her research has found- have read so many things about the disadvantages of them- we prefer olive and avocado- but in the 70's everyone was told to use corn, safflower and canola oil- most of our Moms cooked with them- thanks
