The clean version is built for radio / nightclubs, hence the continuous beat on this chorus.
The trippy chant in the background of the chorus paired with the eerie theremin (UFO) whistle is hella haunting and really fucks with you if you’re high.
I discovered it while high and up until that point I’d only ever heard the usual uncensored track, so it absolutely blew my mind; and I felt like I’d been teleported into a horror film. Good times
