Yes but there’s one YT contributor how he discredit, very negative comments against the country. Then compared thé country to his develop country to a de eloping country. I responded him once but after that I ignored from lots of his video and many also believed, thanked him. Many also joint tge rides.

In terms of infrastructure, under Duterte administration it has already been started and some projects is/are been using nowadays. It is PBBM would continue the unfinished plans/projects under his power.

It's good that more tourists comes to the Philippines. I was there for the first time three weeks in August and September. Fantastic, but I am not sure the tourists will make a change for ordinary and poor people in the country.

Unlike to most of our neighboring Southeast asian countries which are transit hubs where most of their tourist arrivals just stay only Few days or just stayed at the Airport only waiting for their next flight to their final destination,,,Tourists in the Philippines usually stay longer even months to explore the islands and really spend their money which really help the economy of the Philippines. Tourist expenditures is high in the Philippines despite lower tourist arrival compare to them :)

@@keangwooichoo6138 I believe if a tourist stayed 1night in a country based on their arrival and departure record on computerized passport reader they count it as Tourist even a person stayed only at the aiport and don't go out to visit tourist spots...So even a visitor didnt visit any spots they are considered and counted to be a tourist because they meet the 1night stay requirement stay to be a tourist..so like Thailand, Sg, KL it is reasonable to have a large International Tourists because their airports are transit hubs

I think a big contributory factor is the promotion being done by the foreign vloggers
Still there are rooms for improvements regarding tourist numbers, if the domestic boats owners will do their share in having a trip for 3 days for every island resorts destinations at low price. The boats should have a good facilities, better 4ooms for double,triple and family rooms. They have good showers, foods and services This is just like a cruise ship ship that will dock at nearest ports with its own bus and little boat services that will serve the needs and wants of the passengers., anchoring should not be allowed to protest the damaged of reefs, corals and seabed.,
Next year we could reach 10million. We have to invest in upgrading our services and support facilities..streamline procedures without compromising our mothernature..#GodBlessThePhillipines

Some food are considered good eg chicken adobo. Most food are not. I guess you never go around to taste food. Safety and infrastructure is bad. Malaysia and Thailand already more than 10million tourists.

Good improvement, but we still lag behind our neighbors in Southeast Asia alone (i.e. Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam). Philippines still has a long way to go. Vietnam has surpassed us the past few years in terms of tourist arrivals.
