Keep doing what you're doing. I wish I had some of the shop programs available today. Had to start off with paper ROs & ads in papers & them moved to MS databases & by then my reputation spread and the business grew. I rebuilt engines, transmissions, differentials, starter motors, alternators, wshld wiper motors, m/cyl & calipers, etc. As cars got more advanced & rebuilders surfaced I adjusted. Now I love diagnosing & new technology. I am impressed at your approach and using the management & shop practices available. I have no doubt you will succeed & I enjoy seeing new independent shop owners like yourself giving the auto repair shops a great name. It especially means alot when your name is on the business. I've fought Leukemia & Stem cell transplant issues for the last 4 yrs but I think I have beat this with God. Now I just started diagnosing some of my customers cars that know I'm feeling better. Keep doing what you are doing I'm following your progress & enjoying your videos & shop talks!
