Oh boy, since i'm working on different project that doesn't involve Notion I didn't explore new relations update yet. Ability to rename property in different database as you create relations is phenomenal.

Thanks!!! I have a similar system, with two different databases for tasks and sessions, but I needed inspiration for displaying the results. I usually track the number of words written, translated or proofread within the session, but I'd never thought of adding a "Result" property. It would be great to link those productivity results to a "Day" or "Journal" DB, if you're also monitoring sleep, stress level or hormonal cycle.

Once again, you are such an inspiration. I was struggling on how to manage my time for my invoiced tasks, and you explained it the best way. Even formulas are easy following your explanations :) Thanks

Good grief, this is another level of Notion Knowledge and skill...the first time you popped into my feeds and this is exactly what I want to be able to achieve but it is going to take some real time to work on developing this skills. Luckily I am good at Excel and the formula's is something I can learn. Thank you so, much for sharing your knowledge and absolutely great work.

This is a great way to set up a time-centered approach of task-planning. I really like it!
One thing though, that I'm struggling with for quite some time now: Do you see any way of easily implementing recurring tasks without some weird this-deadline/next-deadline semi-automatic 2-field calculations process?
I really see the benefit of having an integrated list- & planning-view s.a. this one additionally to a time-oriented approach. But atm a color-coded calendar is still better for time-wise organization since I can easily include (recurring and non-recurring) events. And since I have a lot of different events throughout a day between which I have to squeeze task-working-sessions, the calendar, so far, is the better option to use it from the ground up... sadly.

Hi, thanks for the video, very helpful! I would like to ask if you know how to make time calculated not only by task, but also by day. To see how much time a day was spent on each task separately.

Hello, what formula could I use in this situation? Each course is assigned a certain number of weeks and I would like the main panel of the course to tell me which week I am in. for example a course would have 24 weeks. thank you.

I followed and applied the building process. However, I'm confused about how to use it? Is there a using-guide-like or something?

Hey! Wonderful video as per usual. Just a question, which is the reason why you set up a new database for sessions instead of using the task one adding a select option Task/Session as you did in the CRM video for Meeting and Tasks? Thank you in advance for your comments, I am very interested in
