Absolutely brilliant. I live in a poorer part of the UK (North Wales) & if there was a local currency we could dig ourselves out.

Congratulations - it's very good video. Inspiration for those of us working to introduce the electronic Totnes Pound!

I am very intrigued in your creation, how did you come up with this idea? How do you print and design money? How can I start my own local currency?

Could this be a solution to situations like Brexit? Could this be the middle ground we need to seek political revolution? What if power was devolved back to local communities and the regulation of the economy was dependent on the individuals it affected the most, i.e. workers? It's a great idea, and theres a lot of potential for long-term infrastructure without the interference of government which at this point have become the mouthpieces of bankers interests and not the peoples.

The Bristol Pound is unique, with their huge population they were always the local currency most likely to work,so long may they thrive, but unless you have a groovy city the size of bristol behind you, dont bother.....Lewes, Exeter, Totnes and Brixton are on their last legs....believe me, Stroud, Bath and hawick all flopped.

then where does the growth and investments come from ? Is not it more out of touch of reality? Are we going back to stone age and back to barter ?
