i dont know what its correctly called in english, but its a machine that automatically pumps up a small ring around your arm to messure your blood pressure. like what the doc does with this thing they wrap around ur arm and pump it up, thats what this machine does automatically, and the sound u hear is the pump of it.
but the brain is still in activity, thats why the etCO² and the HR makes that zigzagy line. The brain usually stays like that for like a couple of seconds.

The functions of this simulator are so limited, it's not even of use! There's no Artifact to simulate chest compressions. The ETCO2 does not decrease, and the Respiratory rate doesn't decrease if the patient goes pulseless, there's no way to monitor temperature, or CVP, or PAP, or ICP. There's no Agonal rhythm selection on here, this thing is a piece of junk!!! Don't waste your money! THIS IS HORRIBLE!!!
