Great video! Say, I got a couple of things. A heart rate above 100-150 is Tachycardia, which means that there's something wrong with the internal pacemaker. Atrial Fibrillation and Ventricular Fibrillation are caused by certain changes and blocks. Defibrillations can fix these problems, although it's quite hard depending on one's body type, illness, sex, etc.
The alarm is because of hypoxia - the oxygen is very low Second of all, Atrial Fibrillation is a non-shockable rhythm

The only reason that I don’t like DART SIM is because it lags, it is nothing like a real simulation, and you can manually set the heartbeat to like, 80000 and it will not affect the ECG appearance. I’d recommend TruMonitor or MRS Pro as a good simulation app.
