in this video we talk all things about self care and self love. if you know me, you know i love the THAT GIRL aesthetic but recently i have been trying to find the balance between a routine and self happiness. today i focus on self care by incorporating things into my routine that make me happy. this involves going to target, going to trader joes, getting myself flowers, going to the crystal store, self care bath and baking. i like to break my self care routine down into 3 steps: self care for the mind, body, and soul. i think that doing it like this really makes me able to find my inner self and become the best version of me while still sticking to my routine. i also do things in this video like my morning routine, working out, journaling, going to bed early, eating a balanced diet, having lemon water, skin care and more. hope you enjoy
