Until 8 weeks ago all ppl agreed that his departure was the reason why Liverpool were on their way to winning 4 titles. And now its the reaon the failed?
The problem wasn't that the team no longer had any motivation or run out of ideas on the pitch, the fact we were ridiculously wasteful in front of goal cost us titles.
Jota was injured, Gakpo and Diaz are no natural finishers, Salah has been in poor form since his injury and Nunez is just an awful striker.

Arsenal won the we beat city and Liverpool cup. That team doesn't have a winners mentality. They did well, but they over celebrated beating Liverpool and City and then lost or drew to lesser teams in the games after those performances. A league game isn't like a cup game. Carragher was right, you've won nothing, get down the tunnel and get ready for the next game against villa. I'm sure arsenal will win something soon. Just need that extra 1/2%, but I said it when they did lap of honour when beating Liverpool, they will end the season with NOTHING. Being a Liverpool fan, I know losing the league by 1 or 2 points wins you nothing. In the history books it just says you finished 2nd, it doesn't say beat city and Liverpool and took it to the last game, no , it just simply says finished 2nd. Arsenal need to start winning things to get away from the losers mentality they currently have.

Arsenal were 16-1-1 in their last 18 matches. How is 49 points from 54 points “bottling it”? There is just no margin for error with City. Arsenal fans are just experiencing what Liverpool fans experienced when they won 97 and 92 points under Klopp but didn’t win the league. City’s standard is completely off the charts. That’s the reality.

The Premier League as we know it is completely done. There is no Premier League without Klopp. Klopp IS the Premier League. Fans of other clubs know this too, games against Liverpool managed by Klopp are the highlight of every single club’s season and that is no more. Hard to see next season going ahead, in all honestly. I can’t stop crying. YNWA

If they had won the PL, Talksport would be saying they won it to honor their manager on his leaving. When they didn't they talk about how it ruined the season. WTF. Seriously. Liverpool didn't win the PL this season because this season is like most others they've played in - they weren't good enough!

Injuries cost Liverpool simple as that. If Arsenal had the same amount of injuries that they'd have to lean on to 4-5 U21 players they wouldn't have done as well. Missing players like Alisson, Trent, Jota, Robbo, Salah, Sobozali, Nunez, Jones, Endo etc all out at the same time is a big ask for anyone.
