I was at the Bucharest game with my 2 young sons. I remember saying to them that they would never see a more exiting game. A Fabulous night! Thanks Massimo for such wonderful memories.

Will always be a legend, will never forget those UEFA cup games, never celebrated so much, it was unbelievable to come back twice in the quarter and semi finals.

SMac should have kept him on all of his debut game. He scored two and was on fire. Getting a third on his debut would have had his confidence through the roof.
I remember SMac subbing him in one of the following games when he was on two (Blackburn if memory serves). Almost as if he didn’t want he to get too big for his boots.

For the money we paid 80 games wasnt enough for a player of his quality
