Great commentary, last time I played this it was on a disc!
Those 3 stationary ore trucks could've been moved off the middle island using the transport and put back to work! The lower funds was caused by them running out of gems - so that would've been good time to move them.
Does it make sense to immediately bring an MCV to the island as soon as you have space? (perhaps mcv, grain silo, move the mcv, ore refinery). Having an ore refinery on the island made such a huge difference to mining speed.

I think it is possible in the original RA but not in the remastered version.
