2:10 how do you get that camera into that postision? When I go into first person it shows player head. Sry my bad english

No problem at all buddy. From the right hand side app menu get to Onboard settings and from there you can set your seat position.

Move your mouse to the right side of the screen and click the helmet icon when you are driving. You can adjust the seating position.
