      No , not all social changes are bad for society... Society Changes due to many reasons ( social movements , technology, culture overlaps and many more ) Social Changes is actually a change in human behaviour and interaction which transforms the institution. ( a change will only occur when there will be a change in human interaction ) Forexample CIVIL RIGHTS movement in America ( black majority fought for their rights ) they fought because there was indifference in society

    But there’s a great criticism in this whole argument, can this actually work? The way everything works in our universe or in the physics is it on a scale of Constant progression, even if you find a way to reverse time you’re still gonna be in there scale of constant progression, this is just the way physics work. What’s that brings in the question how can Durkheim‘s philosophy of functionalism work at all?

      It's both actually. Spencer was first, but Durkheim expanded upon the ideas
