Guys...this is the REAL DEAL. Moist, lightly sweet and delicious. I used Weber brand salt free steak seasoning. Everyone at the table loved these. They were extremely easy to make too! Another keeper!!
ZIALANDER63 I'm anxious to cook this because it looks so good. I've never tried cooking pork chops because I'm scared of over or undercooking. Would this be a good recipe for a starter like me or is it too hard?

I loved when you did the DIY stuff during the holidays. Can you maybe do one with seasoning mixes? Taco seasoning, blackened spice rub and steak seasoning to name a few. It would be perfect for Father's Day!

I actually just made pork chops tonight. I make mine with a mustard based batter with chicken breading flour and garlic salt and pepper I coat the pork chops in the breading mixture and then in the mustard then back into the breading mixture then I put it in hot vegetable oil to fry them it is so good... But I am going to have to try ur recipe cuz it just looks amazing!!!!!
