They’ve always projected winners before the final vote count is determined. Literally always. It’s not the same thing as someone outright wrongfully and prematurely claiming they they indisputably won and that anything that says otherwise must be fraudulent and thus when they start to lose they do everything in their power to contribute to voter suppression by trying to overturn states votes without legal cause to do so.
