我相信今時今日唔單止好多學生👨🏻🎓👩🏻🎓想過外國留學讀書📚，而且亦都有唔少嘅香港人會考慮移民✈️。有見及此，我哋就諗住新增呢個新嘅主題，目的係希望介紹一啲係澳洲適合香港人居住嘅地方，比觀眾們可以更加了解澳洲嘅生活 🇦🇺。
I believe nowadays not only many students👨🏻🎓👩🏻🎓 want to study overseas📚, but there are also some Hong Kong people who would consider emigrating✈️. Because of this, we decided to add this new theme. Our aim is to introduce more places in Australia which are suitable for Hong Kong people to live and allow the audience to know more about Australia 🇦🇺.
今次要介紹嘅地方係Chastwood，距離市中心Town Hall 唔可以話好遠，但係車費就比較貴💸。雖然係咁，但係遠有遠嘅好，就係嗰度嘅消費會比較平，而且唔單止有香港嘅地道美食，仲會有來自其他國家唔同嘅餐廳🤤，應有盡有。簡單啲講句，真係要食嘅有得食，要玩嘅有得玩。
The place to be introduced this time is Chatswood, which is not far from Town Hall in the city center, but the fare is a bit expensive💸. Although the fare is a little bit expensive, there are also some benefits to not living near the city center. One of the reasons is the price level in Chatswood is relatively low compare with other cities in Australia. In addition, in Chatswood, there not only have some restaurants which have some authentic food of Hong Kong, but also many restaurants that have food from different countries🤤. To sum up, both entertainment and cuisine can be found in Chatswood.

Such a Hong Kong mindset to be honest. I grew up in Sydney; Chatswood is too commercial. The commercial parking is painful and too crowded to be honest. I grew up in the north west West Pennant Hills； I suppose even back then Chatswood is very much an overly commercial spot. Haha my family preferred the surburbia. We had to drive everywhere for school trains/ metro etc. The closest shopping centre is still Castle Hills Castle Towers. But the local schools are great even though I went to a private high school.

我兒子到悉尼大學讀請問住那區好，他是謮健築謝謝。
市中心Ultimo會是最好的選擇，加上現在租金也是在低位。如果資金允許，住Apartment肯定會比house好，House一般會跟3-5個房間住客共享洗手間（這一點要注意一下），Apartment一般最大4房的（主臥有自己廁所）然後3房共享一個洗手間。當然需要地理位置偏好的，價錢肯定是貴一點。如果跟自己華人簽約，記得要有正式的約，小心碰到二手房東，不然就很麻煩。
如果是其他地方，就需要自己再評估一下，不要因為便宜就擺脫很多因素，尤其喜歡晚外出，要注意如果住小區（such as Erskinevill，Marrickville），晚上11點以後會沒有火車到站。火車過了11點，只會去大站。

I grew up in Sydney plus an alumni from there. You can consider newtown / ultimo/ glebe / broadway. Thr hippier area but closer to the city is Surry hills and chippendale. But try to avoid redfern which is the station for Usyd. That suburb got lots of council flats.
Sydney metro and train has never been comparable to hk. Haha those smelly trains; it's never changed tbh. Uber is too pricey for everyday life.
Is true haha. But fun fact, the metro we having now in Sydney is actually the same company as HK MTR.
