Here I have used Airbreak mods on main GTA releases to find out how ragdoll and damage physics have changed in GTA games over the years!

@@puhffy It's GTA 4 The Ballad Of Gay Tony. The expanded pack of GTA 4. Luis Lopez is one of the protagonists. The Lost and The Damned is another part, and Niko is the main protagonist for the main game. So in essence GTA 4 had 3 protagonists before GTA 5 was developed.

It glitches in VC, it goes to use the normal crash sound if you were at a high speed with a heavy vehicle but because it’s not programmed for something like a tank to fall from the sky it glitches

Fun fact: in GTA3 and Vice City there is no air drag coefficient so the terminal velocity is determined by the vehicle mass only. Even from relatively tame height the tank rams the ground at way higher speed than a normal car or the player character. If you teleported yourself into a really, really high location (20+ km into the sky) you would easily go supersonic, falling the entire height of the tallest building in fraction of a second.
This property was especially fun to exploit in Vice City. I got on PCJ600, edited its mass to extreme value, teleported myself way up in the sky, hundreds of miles in the sky in fact. The bike kept accelerating indefinitetly, reaching speeds in excess of 20 000 km/h and producing extreme shirt flapping animations. Rammed the ground so hard that it instantly exploded.

If you try to shoot tanks or got shot by a tank. It also damage which also make sense for tank to tank combat and
when your tank is stuck at the water.
It's really nice to see opening up some tank hatch and you won't drowned up if you wait for too long unlike the cars which is completely can fill up with water.
