In the bureau raid, rickie with mediocre skill can shut off the sprinkler system if you reach that situation faster, its a missed dialogue where rickie will ask them if he managed to shut the sprinklers and mike will reply something like "remember rickie, all you've learned is thanks to me."

I like how micheal is patient with Rickie. Like in the fib sprinkler part of the mission, he just tells rickie that it's okay and just to get better next time. You'd think in a super stressful situation like these they'd be talking smack to him but na. Micheal is a good leader.

Rickie was a real one, bro knew that it was Michael who implanted the Lifeinvader Phone but didn't snitch. And when he tracked Michael's phone down, he didn't even blackmail him, he just simply asked him if he could help hook him up with a job gig.

@@StarmenRockTo be fair nothing bad happens if you choose the wrong hacker. In the jewelry heist, you get a checkmark if you grab everything in under 30 secs, which is what Rickie gives you. In the Bureau heist, you don’t really need him unless you’re dumb and completely clueless. In the third one he is the same skill level as Paige. So he’s honestly the best option if you want more money.
There's nothing to snitch about. He wasn't in on it. He's just a civilian here. That's not what snitching means.

Rickie is the definition of an underdog. I will say, I do wish that during The Big Score with full experienced Rickie, Michael could tell him that he's proud of how far he's come from humble beginnings.
of all the crew, this guy is just straight up my favourite
dude lets you get the golden medal on the first heist, has clear instruction on second heist, and by the third heist hes just as good as any other hacker
And most importantly, he asks for a small cut. Next time I go through a GTA V story run, I’m going to do the Ricky as hacker and play the stock market throughout the story. (Seriously, look it up, the stock markets are affected by more missions than you think, even ones that are not considered heists!)

According to the internet, you can destroy property of certain companies and that will affect their stock's value and that of the competitor's. For example, destroy 5 or so AirEmu's planes and FlyUs's stock will rise! But that entails becoming a terorrist and...you know...maybe don't do that if you don't wanna go to hell...but if you only care about money, do it! Destroy a commercial airplane! Invest in the market! Do capitalism!
@@awesomefan935 Ngl the Missions I manage to research of its improve stocks were the ones around after Minor Turbulence that Vangelico gets a bump while another is Legal Trouble, this is where FlyUS is at low, but invest first in their rivals aka AirEmu, then sell if they went bump as well before starting the mission of Meltdown invest back again in FlyUS, then wait to bump again.Lastly you may wanna choose Ending C for maximize profit for all three, by either investing on Cluckin Bell or Augury Insurance and will go up after the Finale, then do all of Lester's Assassinations plus the Random event of Tinker at Chumash, to get over 2 Billion $$$ plus a few bonuses of leftover stock shares you can reclaim back if ever you spent like 500 Million+ for all of ingame assets and reclaim back the 2 Billion figure again.

This is some real life lesson from the game. It's never about whether your team member is a pro or not. It's about their enthusiasm in learning and work together. As a team leader, you don't always get to choose the best team. But here's the real challenge that'll prove your leadership: can you make the best teamwork out of mediocre team? If you can, you're a good leader, if you can't, you're the mediocre leader.
Sure pro team means you won't have to do the hassel with the poor team. But with the poor team, everyone learned their lesson.

@@flowersinawasteland They're definitely the power trio for balancing cut vs expertise, so long as Rickie has experience before the final heist.
Taliana in particular is a legend because her cut is tiny and yet she's as good as Eddie Toh.

In the Jewel store heist, when the hacker gives you the time for the alarm, you can pull it quick with Lukens and a good gunmen like Packie.

Iirc the best strat for gold mission was actually getting Ricky for the jewel store because the time he gave you is the same for the speedy achievement

Rickie is the best choice for hacker on any mission, if choose the Roof Top approach for The Bureau Raid he gets leveled up to basically the same level as Paige for The Big Score. Paige is really just for if you have a interest in nerdy goth chicks.
In The Bureau Raid, Rickie can ALSO shut down sprinklers sometimes, I believe it's when you advance through the mission quickly. Or it's just random, not sure.
Though honestly it doesn't make any difference whatsoever tbh.
There is one more thing. In Subtle approach for The Big Score, the information that Lester sends with Gauntlet's locations, the better Rickie (or other hacker) is, the better pictures and location's descriptions will be.

Rickie is good enough in the Jewelry Store Job as a cheap hacker. Karim Denz is good as a cheap driver. But I swear to God, never ever ever pick the cheap gunman, not only have you lost a heist man, now that gunman can’t improve and you never find out the good worth of him.
There was a comment I saw before but I can't remember from where that said something like "If you're a career gunman then you can either be an old gunman or a bad gunman, but there is never an old AND bad gunman."
The muscle has the most dangerous job in any heist, and they're the ones you rely on when everything's going to shit. The ones who aren't good enough for it will die eventually unless they get really lucky or find another way to make money.
@@Lazarultos Yeah either way, if you manage to find Packie Mcreary, the insurance from the last heist balances out so much. You get Packie, pretty much for free, and he only requires 12% of the dough.

@@chong3209 Wouldn't that work for all bad gunmen if you save them on FIB raid? Fireman approach always kills them, but loud doesn't. I was wrong, but by what margin?

Getting an expensive hacker in those heists is the worst choices possible since Rickie gives you enough time to get a full take in the jewelry store,he gives you good instructions in the bureau raid, and even better he becomes a pro hacker in the UD heist and still he is the cheapest heist member only getting 4% of the cut.
That just shows that getting Paige who costs literally 15% is just a waste.

I never got his phone call, my hacker options were Paige and Sebastian. I guess Seb is only available if you never answered Rickie's call or if you never got it.
Strange, when I ran Rickie on the FIB job he was able to shut the sprinklers off. I remember him saying something like “Yeah, I think I remember this class”
How did he track Micheal down, there was no name or anything, the only thing he could have done was hack his phone but he busy doing air guitar

If this is anything like real Facebook, then LifeInvader probably has facial recognition software. And Michael does have a LifeInvader profile. He could have viewed security feeds of Michael walking around, or he could have had a web-cam active on his computer while Michael was working on it. Probably cameras everywhere in the office with how Jay Norris shamelessly announces they collect and sell personal data. Ricky could have also immediately suspected Michael of being involved in the assassination since the supposed "new guy" showed up for only a few minutes and was never seen in the office again for the rest of the work day.
He does hacking on social media but not on professional level hacking. He does track Michael but was not snitching

Rickie is by far my favorite hacker. Usually at the jewel store i can get all the gems quick enough anyway, but seeing the lad grow and develop instead of the super confident hackerwoman paige just always being top of her game just adds that necessary bit of spice to the missions. he goes from lil dude with a porn addiction to underconfident professional as long as you keep hiring him, and plus he's cheap with it.
oh so that the reason why the 2nd times i play The Big Score Rickie kinda delay when hack cuz i forget to use him in the Bureau heist

I always like either sticking with Ricky all the way or Paige, Ricky because it's great to watch him grow into his role (and make bank from it as well) and Paige because she's not only the best, but because of her continued relevance throughout GTA online as well.

The surviving crew members on each heist gain experience after the mission is completed. Their skill gets better but their rate stays the same. I don’t think Ricky will have the same skill as Paige even if you have him for every heist, but he will be good enough.
pick Rickie for the Jewelry heist first then use him on other heist, that's how to train Rickie
Pick rickie in all the heist missions if you want to capitalise all the potential money

And they have a VPN connected meaning that it could be an IP from Russia (for example).

I mean the sprinkler isnt hackable. Most sprinkers have liquids in them that expand when it gets hot which explodes and breaks the glass blocking the water from flowing. Not hackable.
