Ezekiel 38 takes place when Israel is at peace. We're getting closer but things need to happen before that war takes place.
I believe we are getting closer with each passing week. I am equal parts excited and sad. Sad because I have so many loved ones who still haven't accepted Jesus as their personal saviour. I keep praying for them,and all the lost souls.

I got saved on January 6th 1972. At the time the book "The Late Great Planet Earth" was published. After reading the book I didn't think we'd get to 1980. Well a day is as a thousand years and a thousand years a day. It's not for us to know the hour or day but the season and to watch and pray. What we see is only the beginning of the perilous things to come. May the Lord grant His people grace, strength and courage to endure until the end.
The Lord Almighty's will shall be accomplished regardless of how much the human race protests. HIS words shall come to pass. It's a promise. Israel shall survive.

Jesus has come back already at 70 AD, he was speaking Spiritual not a physical coming back.
The Bible no where says he comes back in a physical body.

It’s hard to hear what is going on in Israel. It’s also hard to look across the pulpit spectrum and see relevance being navigated by shallow teaching and by and large lazy preaching . Inspired by popularity and social exposure. Sadly this is now the benchmark.
The old wise men are dead and the current batch are kind of found wanting. They say the right things, but the sustaining power is just not there. We all feel it.
God adds to the church daily. And those people need sound teaching. A depth of teaching. This is what we had for a long time. This is what we need again. Men to stand in the gap, men who God empowers to teach. Men…who are needed today. I remember the term “sermonettes make Christianettes.
How true this has become.
Are we close to Ezekiel 38? Sure, we are always a day closer. I praise God for using men to add to the church daily. Salvation is beautiful and it cost Jesus everything. What we need now are teachers.
I can give you a hundred men who freshly graduate boot camp. But they are no match for ten seasoned warriors. Lord, give us ten of them and we can take ground.
