Driving Tour of the Lower Locks Garage - Lowell MA

Parked at this garage today. Had a crazy experience when I went here 5 years ago, but never got video, so decided this would be the garage I park at. The garage is $1 / hour after $2 first hour. Its pay on foot, which when I first went to it, I didn't know what that was so I got stuck at the exit. Didn't make that mistake again! There wasn't security here when I left which is ironic cuse all the Lowell garages have (say) they have tons of security.

Edward W Thanks! I love making them. I have an obsession with garages as you can see and try to drive in them almost everyday. I do tons of road trips just to film them too. That garage was my 378th garage I've been to! Going to film some more in Boston tomorrow.
