Sooooo apparently people do not understand that keeping up morale is important in a workplace where they have to regularly work long shifts of 12 plus hours and then have to pull a double or a triple shift. They were not mocking patients or belittling anyone. They are just having a little fun doing a silly dance. Also this is in Victoria Australia where they had only a few thousand cases and I believe under 200 covid deaths. Yes I realize most of these comments are months old but it makes me question my own sanity sometimes how so many people can be triggered by people having fun.
My mom worked in healthcare for 30 years. Nightshift CNA doing the grunt work that others were too skilled or educated to bother to do. Thank God she's not around to see this stupid trend. I expect this at Texas Roadhouse not a professional healthcare facility.
