  • Music Technology Discussion with Rob Puricelli and Ben Simpson!
It's New Year's Eve and we're all a little worse for wear whilst watching Jools Holland's Hootenanny (Hootenanny!) at the bottom of a bottle of Bailey's Irish Cream as we wait for 2021 to be over.
But fret ye not, as we recorded our NYE Special earlier for you and this week we're looking back on some of the highlights of the Pro Synth Network live shows of 2021. We've also got some news to impart and the distinct possibility of being joined by a very dear friend of the show to help us pick the meat off the carcass that is PSN in 2021!
So pull up a chair, stick us on your telly box, pour yourself a glass of something bubbly and take a trip back through the year with some of our favourite clips and guests!
Have a safe, healthy and synth-filled New Year! We'll be back with our first live show of 2022 on January 7th!

That is great that Kent has a great string machine. String machines are great.
I have so much software stuff that I had to buy 2x Western Digital 4TB passport SSD drives a few days ago They are very good, Didn't know there were 4TB SSD drives.

Good string machine software: XILS 505, Arturia Solina, GForce Virtual String Machine, Full Bucket Deputy, Hideaway Studios String Collection I and II, Musicrow Vintage Strings MK III

Regarding high price of Spitfire Audio sound libraries, I believe part of that is because Spitfire pays royalties to the performers.
Will be interesting to see if the ABBA virtual performance arena happening in 2022 starts a trend. Apparently a very elaborate project.
