  • Join Dean Cardinale as he talks about training, nutrition and preparing for the trek to Everest Base Camp. When guests sign on for a World Wide Trekking trip to Everest Base Camp one of the most common questions we hear is; "How do I train?" We have a detailed Training and Nutrition plan that we include on your personal trip detail website when you sign on. This plan can be self followed with 30 minute workouts and guidelines on nutrition each day. This is our 8 week self guided program. We also refer guests to our Fitness Expert for a more personalized program and regular meetings and check-ins to help them prepare. We have you covered and help guests feel ready for the adventure to EBC! The trek is rated strenuous on our activity rating but when people sign on and feel motivated to get ready for the trip we make sure they have the tools to help them along the way.
