Toolo Beef Jollof Rice | Salted Beef Jollof | Ghana Jollof

Hello love , In this video I share with you my Perfect Toolo Beef Jollof Rice Recipe , Enjoy🤗
Ingredients:
To Season toolo Beef
Toolo Beefi / Cured Beef
Blend mix
1 - Medium Onion
Ginger - About 2 thumb sizes
Garlic-2 cloves
Fennel seed/ Aniseed -1/2 tsp
Rosemary -1/2 tsp
Jollof Stew
Blend mix
3 -Medium size Onions
2-Scotch bonnet Pepper or to taste
Ginger-3inch
Garlic- 4 cloves
Parsley- 30g or to taste
Rosemary 1tsp
4 tbsp: Tomato paste
Blend these together
3 - Medium Sizes Tomatoes
1/2 Red bell pepper
1/2 Green bell pepper
Jollof rice Seasoning of your choice
Curry 1tsp
Smoked paprika 1tsp
Salt - NB: I did not add any additional salt because of the beef stock
But you call also season to your taste
Vegetables oil
3cups - Basmati Rice
