There is no country in the world where foreign nationals or company can purchase a land, it can only be on lease if possible otherwise change of government or citizen revolt will make it null and void so those African government selling land to foreign companies should be mindful because their citizen can reject such move.

All the countries in the world have to ban foreigners buying properties, also in Africa the countries in the African Union has to be given power to decide on this matter.
The African Union has proven to be useless, especially when you consider that foreign nations have a seat as an observer and has some influence. Remember when President Museveni said the AU wanted to intervene in the conflict in Libya against Ghadaffi and NATO strongly warned against interference or suffer dire consequences.
