So pretty. David Austin and Kordes are hands down the best cultivars to have they bloom like gangbusters. I have scepter’d isle, Claire Austin, and the poets wife- and from Kordes I have savannah sunset too and also one called ‘honeymoon’ who is absolutely lovely and the prettiest darn rose I maybe have ever seen. She’s a climbing and is on an arch with ‘new dawn’. Thanks for sharing, I loved every minute of it!
This year I would love to see the whole garden from further back. The blooms are gorgeous, but it looks like you've really paid attention to placement and companions and I'd love to get more views of the overall garden. (I'm also motion sick sensitive and had to pause the video a few times and come back after a while). But you're garden is GORGEOUS! Jude the Obscure, Eglantyne, and Boscobel are my favorites in our garden, but after seeing your EVELYN! I think I need her.
You've got some stunning roses there!!! I long for the day when this pandemic is over so I can visit David Austin Roses once again here in the UK. If you ever get the chance to visit I strongly advise that you do so! Subscribed.
Very Good and interesting 🌹 Rose Gardening vereity colours of Roses.super .Rose is symbol of Love. Thanks to summer moon Gardens you are Explain very nice .
Lovely! I added more David Austin roses to my collection this year...Gertrude Jekyll and Munstead Wood. They are leafing out beautifully. Can’t wait for these to come into bloom. You have a beautiful garden.
Gorgeous gorgeous roses! I’m def going to add some of yours to my collection. I was glad to see how well they all do so close to each other, I have hope for the area I want to add some to.
Loved this video! I watched it twice. Aha I’ve actually been getting into roses this spring. Planted a few so far, and looking to add more. Thank you so much for sharing. You have such a relaxing voice 🥰🧡🌱
What a lovely tour of your wonderful collection of roses, thank you for sharing! I noticed though, dare I say, that most of your Austins, with the notable exception of The Generous Gardener, seem to have a virus as you can tell by their quite heavily variegated leaves (which shouldn't be variegated at all). That virus most likely comes from an infected (probably multiflora) rootstock and is a common problem in the US (not in Europe where they often use different rootstocks from different sources). Virus in a rose usually means a weaker plant, but yours look wonderful nonetheless. However, I would contact the seller of your Austins and tell them about the infected roses as this should not have happened, especially not on that scale. By contrast your Kordes roses all look super healthy and probably come from a different source and/or are grafted on a different rootstock. All that being said, it's a most beautiful group of plants.
Your video is what got me into roses! I watched this like 5x now LOL I am actually going to have a rose garden next year full of David Austin's. Thank you for the inspiration #rosegoals
I’m glad you include names for the roses but would like to know which ones smell great meaning which are powerful or medium scented. Also, would like to know what your zone in. I’m in zone 4b and am planting several rose bushes for our zone and hopefully this coming winter they will pull through and not die. I plan on putting a ring of mulch or hay around the root system and possibly covering the whole bush with burlap. Our moose take down a bush in a matter of minutes. Thanks for sharing your garden!
OH MY GOODNESS!!! Your garden is EXQUISITE! I've just ordered some of the roses in your video, so it was nice to see them in all their glory. I can imagine that your garden brings you so much joy...I'm trying not to be jealous! Love, love, LOVE!!
*GORGEOUS* rose garden ! Love the _Poseidon,_ _Alchemist,_ _Evelyn_ and the yellow rose (which could either be called _Julia Child_ or _Golden celebration_ )
If you’re my neighbor you’d probably think I’m a creeper just walking slow looking at your garden. 😂 your garden must smell so good. I now have 3 DA’s and gonna order some more for spring planting. I wanna try out the standard forms.
Your roses are so beautiful! I would really be distracted if I drove by your house and end up driving off the road because I would stare at them. I bough bare root Queen of Sweden and I can't wait to get jt next spring!
So dang beautiful!!!!! This is the video that started it all for me. Now I’m broke and my husband is gonna have to get a second job to pay for all the roses I still want 😂❤❤❤
Hi Lauren, you have a fantastic front and rear garden full of roses. If you like the apricot/orange colour of rose I would recommend Lady of Shalott, a beautiful rose that will grow anywhere. Olivia Rose Austin is a pink rose I would highly recommend adding to your collection, it's a prolific flowering shrub and for the yellow, the Poets wife is awesome and their new yellow, the Country Parson. All beautiful and healthy roses. I look forward to seeing future videos. Thanks
I love the way you talk about your roses. I get so frustrated when someone just shows video of the flowers without giving the important information and emotion!
Beautiful roses. No loud music and very good narration. Love your Summer Romance. Do you prefer floribundas to shrub roses? I’m in the UK. You obviously get good sunshine in your garden.
These are amazingly beautiful. And the different colors... Wow! You must be so proud of them. Gorgeous plants and flowers. Absolutely stunning. Wow. (I subscribed because of this video.)
Congratulations you have a wonderful variety of D Austin roses, but it would be helpful if write the names of the roses to identify them more clearly. Thankyou
I am so inspired by your roses. Summer Romance is my favorite right now but I want them all. I love the birdhouse with the rose climbing on it. Where can I find one? Thank you
Beautiful roses, can not wait for information how you feed them. Your Wolletron old hall seems to have mosaic virus but it does not seem to affect its blooms and other roses are fine. I have mosaic on one of my roses and am trying to research on how contagious it is.
You have an ABSOLUTELY stunning rose garden. 🌹🌹🌹🌹
Хорошее у вас увлечение.Я тоже люблю розы выращивать.
