Wow! Clay and the XO crew have done it again,. Congratulations!
Noah didn’t stop building the Ark to explain himself to every doubter and hater. He just kept building and let the rain and flood do the talking.
Keep building Clay! 👍🏼
Congrats. I’m jealous of all the experiences that will be had here. My pockets are not deep enough but will continue to live vicariously thru you and your family.
Yep I agree it fascinates me that car camping can support a place like this.
This is fantastic! I would love to come there. Great job guys!

Not surprised at all because everything you put out is amazing content! Congratulations, super happy for you guys! Great work Clay, And I know you couldn’t have done it without your team so Great work to everyone! It’s amazing what you can do with hard work! I have pretty much the whole entire fire department watching your channel now! I got a lot of people on board with the Nordic and Africa series 😂 keep up the great work and congratulations on this new endeavor! It looks absolutely amazing! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Yoooo this is impressive. Congrats!
That’s great you guys! Very happy for y’all. Looks amazing. Maybe our journeys from south Texas will take us that way.
Congratulations. Looks good.
OX one more time inspire us.
My bicycle riding buddy is in his 90s and he’s from Bozeman He constantly talks about how much it’s changed and how much growth has happened there. Seems like there’s a lot of outdoor sports culture center around the area. Seems like a good location.
Congrats!
The ranch looks amazing. Hope to buy a 5th gen 4 runner soon and begin some roaming overland adventures out West. Will look forward to a visit to the ranch someday.
I miss Jeff and the old crew! Congratulations hard work does pay off!
Unreal!
Keeps getting better 🎉

Nice digs! Perhaps you could help the overland/outdoor community by helping to fight the onslaught of public land closures in the US?

Overland dude ranch
I've been following your series for a very long time and have always wondered how you all afford to have the kayest machines and your house with the workshop and editing studio hangar etc. Obviously the answer is sponsorship deals with companies for the advertising but still. This place has to have cost millions to buy.. well done. Amazing how youtube bread all this wealth for someone. Sure beats any local TV or radio before it. Wanna sponsor me to come to america and drive with you? Show me around?
Not the whole answer. We went the investor route for this property and secured an amazing deal with the sellers who believed in our vision.
@@ExpeditionOverland so can I come over from Australia and be in your videos?
Should I take my lifted scion xb or my RAV4??
Looks like a wedding venue 😂
How do I sign up????? Can't to see the place, learn about you guys, and signup for future events.
Anyone else getting some major Jurassic Park vibes at 42 seconds in? lol....place looks awesome tho!
Tell us more how we can land our bush planes there?
Definitely call XO first. 9S5 is less than 5 min away for fuel or if the winds aren't cooperating. Runway is about 1000' but currently only about the first 400' is smooth. Landing is best from the east, take off is best to the east. Landing late in the afternoon puts you right into the sun...not recommended.
Nice narration - horrible background music (or noise or whatever that was...)
It is crazy to me that people are spending the money to support a place like this.....car camping for crying out loud.
Should people only do what you think is cool?
@@floofy117 you missed the point
@@HoneyBadgerFarm no, I didn't miss the point. People can do whatever they want and do it however they want. If they want to use their cars for camping it's none of your business
@@floofy117 again you miss the point. I did not say people can't do what they want. I made an observation that it is crazy to me that "overlanding" can support a place like that. Overlanding is car camping at the end of the day. You can add a roof top tent and some maxx tracks on the side but it is still car camping.
I find that it’s overuse of “overlanding”…. You took a drive for the weekend on some dirt roads, not 100 days across the African continent….. calm down
