Honestly, I don't think I've seen documentaries of this quality before! everything is perfectly explained, the game development, the scenario, the characters, the gameplay, etc... I really appreciate the little humorous break between two parts of the video because it prevents the video from becoming monotonous! The graphic style of your videos is simplistic and yet details the expressions of the characters so well (funny because it reminds a bit of the design of Game & Watch characters) Honestly, I'm surprised you don't have more people following your videos, that quality has sadly disappeared from a lot of videos on CZcams. I REALLY hope that your channel will become more known in the future, but until then, you can count on me to share your videos!

The manuals for the Atari developed home conversions (2600, 7800, C64, etc.) says in the manual that the game takes place in Mario and Luigi’s basement after pests start making nests in their pipes.
I own a copy of Mario Bros. on the NES. I played the absolute HECK out of it. If you see these cartridges out in the wild, try it out, you won't regret it

Especially when it emulates the artwork on the respective arcade cabinets & uses that to illustrate various gameplay concepts. Lexingtn was a great addition to this episode & you both sound very natural playing cartoon versions of yourselves.
There is also an european version for Nes called "Mario Bros Classic" which is extremely arcade accurate. Also they greately improved the physics and now they are MMMHH *chef's kiss* Lovely.
I must say i thought mario was the bad guy, only dk. Jr. Game and watch is when i thought mario was a villan. I figured mario was evil until super mario bros
I have a few episodes before the next G&W video, but I'm planning on releasing them over time, in-between the other videos based on when they were released, if that makes sense?
No, I'm working on it now, I always just overestimate the time and effort it takes to animate. And I moved and our new house has had a bunch of unexpected problems. But I am working on it currently.

Mario Bros NES is extremely easy compared to the arcade, I can get to phase 20 something in the arcade, but phase 50 something on NES.
It's crazy how much easier the NES versions are! It definitely makes rhem more accessible.
