U have to use a higher alkaline shampoo to de clog the coating. Something like carpro descale for a prewash ( first foam bath, let dwell then rinse) then fallow up with a ph neutral shampoo like carpro reset for the hand wash. It will help restore the coating back to like new as far as performance. Then use a drying aid or a topper. Especially if it’s gone that long without being washed. Typically for a ceramic coating to provide the best results the vehicle should be washed at least once a month. I prefer to wash mine once a week or once every two weeks. But still looks great and loved the video.

This stuff was pretty easy to apply. It was just a lot of prep work to get it ready to coat.

A while back I watched you wash one of your trucks and you used the leaf blower.I was like dang I have one of those and haven't used a drying towel since.alot easier and way faster.
Awesome story about JayJay. You're right, weve got to get the next gen of hotrodders invested. Thinking about doing a ceramic coating on my OBS, right now i just use Meguiars Ceramic Spray which is ok, but doesnt have the longevity of a dedicated coating. The up side is you just mist it on and hose it off for subsequent recharges.
I actually use my Toyota, so no, it's not worth it for me. Pinstripes are a badge of honor and dents are earned battle scars
We actually use ours too as a daily driver/ kid hauler. Like I said she puts 35k miles on it a year and we have plenty of battle scars from the kids.
