The reason for this ship is intertwined lore/backstories. First of all in scaramouches bacjstory we know he met a man named niwa, one of whom practically raised him, this man "niwa" was kazuhas ancestor. Second we also know that scara would go on to kill off the raiden gokaxen and basically ruin the kaedehara clan. This seems a bit contradictory but trust me. Perfect. Enemies. To. Lovers. Troupe. Now let's think personality wise, kazuha is a pretty forgiving guy. In his voicelines it's stated that he doesn't particularly Hate scara. On the other hand the wanderer seems to be impressed by kazuhas actions in his voiceline "about: kaedehara kazuha". At least it sounds as if he's impressed. Next this is a bit off putting but color scheme wise they fit well. In contrast it's a nice thing to draw and honestly eye pleasing (to me at least) the mixes of reds, purples, whites and blues is ✨️ aesthetic ✨️. Next troupes, hurt/comfort works either ways, works great. Hurt/no comfort painfully but the angst is beautiful. Dead dove, I swear to God it can be angst sometimes but then again this doesn't really count cause that's getting into fanfiction wise and then ykyk. There a lot more about this ship that's so loveable yk, :) perhaps I'm biased but this is my reasoning :D
@@1L1KEP0TAT0ES Does the fact that Scaramouche was taken in by Kazuha's ancestor go over your heads? By that logic, they're adoptive relatives. That's kind of like shipping Kaeya and Diluc.
@missange4701 I suppose but also in technicalities, scara has not been a part of that "family" for 400+ years, nor was he ever actually family with them, it was katsuragi who took him in. Niwa was a friend. They are also both above the legal age so even with the massive age difference it would not break the laws.
