New Vegas has an achievement for getting banned from all of the casinos. Achievement is called "The Courier Who Broke the Bank". Pretty cool if you ask me
Guardians of the Galaxy was such an underrated gem of a game, the soundtrack alone was fantastic.
Such a shame it came out after Avengers, and also featured a team of Marvel heroes.

Another detail in "Stacking", if you control an Old Man doll and fall asleep, the adults will grovel, while the kids laugh at you.
Also the Dog doll has different reactions when you control either it's family or a mummy.
i love sleeping dogs, it really is a game made by passionate developers, very few and far between nowadays

The sneezing detail was also in Metal Gear Solid 1! You can actually call up every contact in the game to talk about it, and find some cold medicine to get rid of it (or wait it out).
Not sure if you’ve hit this detail,
but in the (I think) rugrats mini golf game I remember being terrified of the hidden mummy in the pyramid.

The Guardians of The Galaxy detail is my favourite. I did that all the time while I was on Knowhere.
Whoa. The destructible environments in Marvel Rivals looks pretty impressive and unexpected. Neat.
In that same room where masons face appears, there is a hidden cutscene I feel like most players missed small and simple. Just walk up to one of the windows with a gap.

Honestly, I’m shocked that Stacking got covered! I loved this game as a kid. So glad it got some spotlight! Hope to see more of it because there’s so much more hidden stuff in that game.

I must have 100% that game at least 5 times in my childhood. Once on PS3 and rest on PC. The Hobo King DLC is equally great to play. Would love more of it

There is an interesting detail in Divinity Original Sin 2 where when you gain more party members, they will tell you what class they are, but give you the option to change it. If you ask to change there class and then select the same exact one they normally start with, they will say something about it.
In first dying light there is pretty good Easter egg with trailer of the game when u meet brecker he have bandages on his head because at the end of the trailer he gets hit with baseball bat

Interesting detail; Amazing Frog?'s map is based on Swindon, UK. Specifically the old Debenhams car park
The Dying Light 2 one isn't actually that new. Dying Light was a spiritual successor to Dead Island, who already did that. They had this cinematic trailer with the family getting attacked and dying, played in reverse. You could find the remains of that family in their hotel room.

Just wanted to share a detail I noticed in Rise of the Ronin.
If you enter a building, the characters shoes will be removed when walking inside.

Another easter egg in MGS2 when Raiden goes with Emma to a place full of cockroaches, if you lie down with them they will get into your food and to get them out you have to shake the item selection menu

Easter egg for your consideration, Captain:
2005’s King Kong, the Official Game of the Movie (no seriously, that’s its actual title) features several cheats. However, every time you complete a level with at least one cheat active, the game will straight up tell you to stop cheating.
I love how when Sonya blows the pink mist in the opponents eyes they do the same overreacted painful “I’m blind” gesture that Jean Claude does in Blood sport when the Villain throws that powder in his eyes.

I have a suggestion, which I don't think I've seen you cover before from Assassin's Creed Odyssey. In the very first city you spawn in, there's a giant statue you can climb for a synchronization point. However, the giant statue is atomically correct and you can crawl into his junk. Your character has some unique dialogue if you do so.

I knew the Fallout: New Vegas bit, because there is an achievement for getting banned from all Casinos. Also, I knew the MGS2 detail because I've played the MGS series an unhealthy amount. It can happen in MGS3 as well, also in MGS3 you can make Snake puke by spinning him in the menu, though I'm not sure if you've covered that one already.

These don't impress my friends, they're the reason for most of my gamer friends. We get to talking about games, I share a few cool details, and they're friends with me because they think I'm a gaming god. I ain't a smoker, but it def is worse smelling than some smoke.
That specific car smoke is much denser and and much hotter than cigarette smoke so it’s a lot harsher on the lungs and restricts your breathing more than the smell of cigarette smoke. I was thinking the same thing till I remembered even get hit in the face with BBQ smoke makes you choke vs smoking a fag. I thought it was funny when I seen the cigarette in her hand too though

Car smoke much denser yes. Way more harmful too. I’d rather smoke one cig than stand that close to smoke coming out a car. Everyone’s acting like you should be immune to smoke, since someone smokes. Doesn’t work like that

Hey Cap! I don't know if you've done this or not but i have easter egg for OVER USED EASTER EGG OF THE WEEK! In state of decay 2: juggernaut edition. On the mission 'claim some territory ' you have to go claim a military outpost. Well at the entrance if you turn around and go off that side you can find a sewer drain with of course a red ballon, and a paper boat. But what makes this different is that there is a tricycle on top of it. Of course these are a reference to pennywise and his victims from the it movie.

Pertaining to some of the comments here about Sleeping Dogs, I won't lie, at least cig smoke is better smelling than engine damage smoke.
I think the Oblivion detail is also even in the older Fallout games. Either way, not a fan of the wonky graphics for the former during that "spar".
Strange you didn't talk about the benefits of save scumming in New Vegas... anywho, there's also a somewhat similar detail involving this game of chance in Jade Empire. However, the dealer will end up suffering after you win at least 20 rounds, I think.
Speaking of DL2, you might wanna talk about the Halo: Reach and Halo 3 promotional lore trailers "Deliver Hope" and "Landfall" respectively. Sure explains why Noble Team needed your lone wolf player character in the first place, alongside how the Master Chief landed safely in the middle of Africa.
Speaking of the GotG video game, darn shame its creators Eidos Montreal got got. Would have loved seeing them finish up Deus Ex: Mankind Divided's story arc, but alas.

I was quite disappointed with the guardians of the galaxy game, sure gameplay was fun but it’s was strictly set to the storyline path only without you able to go back, plus it was advertised as an open world game to.
Isn't that already a thing back in Deus Ex: Human Revolution from the same devs? Really now, not all games are Red Dead Redemption 2, you know.
