UVA Dynamic Pure Molokhia ceramic seal & pump

At VDL Packaging, we love a challenge. We received a request for packing Molokiha in a 400-gram pillow bag with a speed of 70 bags per minute. We took our continuous motion UVA Dynamic Pure (Hygienic IP55) VFFS machine with a ceramic seal system and a Pi Precision liquid dosing pump.
Molokhia is a vegetable that is comparable to spinach leaves in liquids. The combination of these machines is a perfect match to reach this goal. We can get higher speeds with a mono PE film structure.
Besides the speed, the ceramic seal system is a perfect way to reach your sustainable goals. The seals are only 2 mm thin and very strong, and the system works perfectly with recyclable mono-layer PE or PP.
