If you're relatively strong you can use misdirection and bend the spoon with your hands (for example turning around to talk to someone or standing up quickly) and then reveal it slowly to make it look like it is in the proccess of bending. This method was used by Uri Geller and was used by James Randi to duplicate his apparent psychic feats.

@@AboutMagic Well I tell you the truth. At present it is not so awesome and I will explain. When I was 14 I saw life in this manner
      1. Why do I need information if I can do mathematics and solve problems from scratch?
      2. Adults are like children who play with other things
      3. I should be fine because I can do mathematics and play football, I can outdo the children who do better mathematics than me because I can play better football than them, and I can outdo the children who play better football than me because I can do better mathematics than them.
Now observation 2 comes from my capacity to see the subconscious of people; However at the age of 14 this turned me into a person who was pure heart and rather than work and earn a living for myself I would work and give the money to everyone else. In effect I would work for the pleasure of working.
God willing I should be able to turn this poor financial affairs by using this gift. By seeing the subconscious of people and some of my viewings are seeing a person and it appearing like a black cat, seeing another and it appearing like a lion, seeing another and it appearing like a man hunching and there being other viewings one conclusion is that the body looks for security and that the emotions feed into the body of people and depending on how they feed it turns people into sadistic and other horrible creatures.
