Houston needs a mayor that will implement change and the culture of this city. When people come to visit Houston from other cities like Dallas that I know. They always ask why is there trash on the city grounds, pot holes galore, and laxidasical law enforcement. The City of Houston is like a garbage can that never gets clean 😮

Are the Reps willing to tax themselves to build / refurbish jails and prisons. Years ago my mostly Dem county out west voted for a $3 / parcel tax for an additional adult jail. Plus another property tax for an additional juvenile lock up. Conservatives were against.
